This listing is for a replacement necklace chain.
Please note that the new chain will be the SAME chain length you had originally purchased. You will need to send us your necklace back so we can re-attach the new chain for you.
We will not send the chain out on its own (unattached) as we want to make sure that the necklace is attached correctly to the pendants and up to the Ekalake standards.

- When you will receive your order is made up of 2 parts: Order processing time & Shipping time.
- Order processing time is currently 2-4 business days. During busy seasons (for example, Mother's Day, Xmas etc), order processing times can go up to 10 business days (so please order early!).
- You have an option to Rush your Order for an additional $15 at checkout. Purchasing this means your order will go out within 24 hours from date and time of purchase.
- Shipping time depends on your choice of postage which are presented to you at checkout.

All our personalised jewellery will come in our signature white box with gold logo. As part of our responsilibity to be more environmentally aware, we minimise unnecessary packaging.
However, it would be our pleasure to provide individual gift boxes upon request. Please leave us a note at checkout.
